  Our History

In 1982, George and Dorothea Papas realized a lifelong dream when they opened Papa Duke’s Paris Grill in Aliquippa, Pa. Within a year they were joined by their two adult children, Perry and Frances, and it soon became one of the area’s most successful restaurants. In 2002, Papa Duke’s then opened concession stands in PNC Park and Heinz Field. Those locations quickly became a favorite of event attendees, and remain one of the more popular venues at each park.

Then, in 2008, the family opened another location in Center Township (Beaver County, Pa.). Papa Duke’s Bar & Grill, has quickly become a favorite dining spot in the area, offering a family-friendly atmosphere, an exceptional menu, and great service.

The restaurants are currently operated by the Papas family… Perry & Frances (with their spouses Patti & Tim), and family-members George, Nicholas, James, Alexander, and Anastacia.
